XtraBond®50 Colors – Siliconized Acrylic Sealant

XtraBond®50 Colors is a premium grade multi-purpose siliconized acrylic latex sealant. The product is engineered to provide excellent adhesion to vinyl, aluminum, wood, sheet metal & most common building materials without need of a primer. The addition of a silicone polymer provides greater flexibility than other latex products.

XtraBond®50 Colors is ideal for use in the installation of windows & doors – as well as interior sealing of cultured marble and tile. Installers prefer it, because the product cures rapidly to form a durable tight bond.

Directions & Storage

Surface Preparations

The substrate must be clean, frost free and free of any oils, greases or incompatible sealers that may interfere with adhesion. Do not apply if surface is contaminated. It is recommended to test all substrates prior to applications.

Directions

For best results, prepare clean surface. Cut nozzle to desired bead size. Apply with caulking gun, forcing sealant onto the substrate, then tool if needed. Clean excess material with water.

Storage

Material is to be stored under controlled dry environment (below 75° F). Use within 12 months from date of manufacture. For best results, keep material in tightly closed containers when not in use. Do not freeze.
